Business Disruption Caused by Poor Organizational Internal Communication and Non-Balance of Manifestations

Highlighting the importance of internal communication in business success, emphasizing its role in the effective transmission of information and the strengthening of bonds between employees and organizations, the research investigated the correlation between internal communication and data obtained through a questionnaire sent via email and social media to 32 individuals with prior knowledge of the researcher. It ensured they came from diverse areas and held various positions in different industries and fields of expertise. This article serves as a starting point to address the significance of internal communication in contemporary business strategies, emphasizing its contribution to the formation of more effective teams, the enhancement of employee satisfaction, and the promotion of a healthy work environment. By unraveling the concepts and techniques related to internal communication and understanding the relationship between it and the employee experience, as well as various aspects of the company, this study offers valuable insights to guide organizations in crafting more effective internal communication strategies and creating a more productive and positive business environment.
