Interpersonal Characteristics as a Competitive Factor in the Organization of Companies

The management of companies is based on effective leadership. The way of using and organizing human resources can even be a competitive factor in the consumer market, considering the impacts it has on the management of company processes, potentially avoiding waste and unnecessary expenses. However, for small business owners, effective management can be a very complicated task; many do not have applied knowledge of how they should lead properly, and this results in losses within their teams that may not be clearly perceived. Through field research in a stock management company, it was possible to analyze the processes within the company and identify issues such as mismanagement of available resources. With a more in-depth analysis, neglect in scheduling and personnel organization, as well as the materials used by employees in fulfilling their requirements, were identified.
