The present work studies a wholesale company of women's accessories online, focusing on the importance of internal communication and team dynamics, especially in an environment where dialogue is essential for the accomplishment of tasks. The study presents how the lack of clarity in the transmission of information can negatively impact well-being and productivity, generating stress and hindering group harmony. The survey seeks to answer the question about the difficulties in communication between the team and management, emphasizing that effective communication is essential for a collaborative and efficient environment. Using Nonviolent Communication techniques, the objective is to improve the organizational climate and internal processes, aiming not only to improve the team's dynamics, but also to increase the company's revenue. The methodology includes bibliographic reviews and a case study, with data collection through questionnaires directed to employees and interviews with the manager. This work is justified by the need to create a work environment where conflicts are minimized through clearer and more understandable communication.
