The article addresses the complexities faced by Black immigrants in Brazil when they encounter a culturally different environment. The research, based on studies, literature and interviews, highlights the need for a more sensitive approach on the part of the Human Resources sector, recognizing the potential of Black immigrants to contribute positively to the corporate environment. In the social and governmental context, despite the existence of public policies, the article highlights the importance of stricter supervision and incentives for companies to play an active role in hiring and developing these immigrants. The proposed link between companies and the social-governmental sector aims to integrate Black immigrants into society and companies, emphasizing the need for training, lectures, recognition, and fair selection. The crucial role of the Human Resources sector and the Government in preparing the work environment to welcome, hire and retain these professionals is highlighted. The focus is on overcoming challenges such as structural racism, language, and cultural barriers, aiming for a healthier, more competitive and open environment for diversity.
