Abstract

This article aims to compare the CLT work and the female individual entrepreneurship. In recent decades, the role of women in management positions in companies has grown remarkably. This search for greater diversity and inclusion in the corporate environment reflects cultural changes and faces specific challenges, such as gender bias, difficulties in balancing professional and personal life and obstacles to accessing funding and contact networks. This study observes, through an interview with open questions, the decisions and challenges faced by a woman entrepreneur who also works in the registered office regime.  Thus, relating the empirical knowledge of the interviewee with the statistics presented in the survey, as a result it was found that entrepreneurship represents an alternative to the limitations found in the formal work regime, especially in relation to the reconciliation between career and personal life. In turn, choosing to undertake involves specific challenges, such as financial instability and the need to develop multiple skills to run a business. Therefore, it is observed that in a scenario where the opportunities for entrepreneur tend to grow.
