Export Analysis of the State of Amapá

This article addresses the economic development of the state of Amapá, highlighting its leadership in timber exports in the Northern region. The state is the leading exporter of wood chips and stands out in the export of the mineral Bulhão dourado. These figures demonstrate how the mineral and agricultural sectors have yielded positive results after their export strategies. This research analyzes data from 2019 to 2023, observing the evolution of the internal economy and the state's growth in the international market. The research analyzes Comexstat data with the aim of determining trends and opportunities for economic expansion within the state while accounting for the importance of foreign trade in the local economy.
