This technical report presents an analysis of the manufacturing process of handmade soaps, focusing on product quality and the sustainable practices involved in production. The study describes the Steps of the process, from the selection of raw materials to the packaging of the product, highlighting the importance of pH control and the use of natural raw materials to ensure safety and effectiveness. The differences between handmade and industrial soaps are also discussed, considering aspects such as environmental impact and benefits to the skin. The results show that handmade soaps offer significant advantages, such as greater hydration, less aggressiveness, and therapeutic properties, combining quality and sustainability.
