A Study on the Insertion of Women in the Logistics Market

This work sought to draw an overview of female representation in the logistics market. Today, gender equality and rights are often articulated, but how this will be achieved remains to be seen in practice. Through this work it is possible to analyze several examples of women who managed to face adverse situations to deal with these challenges. It started with a bibliographic survey on the subject, the historical context of their experiences, and it was found that the strength, will and perseverance of women were identified, which helped to value them for their merits and for the results produced.
