A Leadership Profile Analysis

This article deals with issues arising from the business scenario in terms of managing processes and people, addressing leaders and their leadership profiles related to profiles of gods from Greek mythology, highlighting the importance of preparing individuals who assume the role of leader in terms of their competencies do not involve balancing the objectives of organizations with the personal objectives of each leader, showing that over time, the culture of organizations changed, and employees began to be seen as an important factor in major improvements, being thus treating them as people and not just elements of the organization. The question arises that existing leadership profiles will not necessarily be right or wrong, it all depends on the reality and current nature of the organization you are looking for this professional in, some examples of leadership profiles cited are: Autocratic; Democratic; Charismatic and Technical. Bringing a little Greek mythological knowledge, we seek to relate the profiles to gods, facilitating their understanding of leadership profiles. To this end, a strategic questionnaire with new opinionated questions is used to, through the summed points of the answers, to scientifically reveal the profile that was entered for the interviewee, for this two candidates from a specific company in the east zone of São Paulo were interviewed. This article exposes some of the company's characteristics without providing sensitive data, so the names of the company and employees in its organization chart were changed to fictitious names.
