Abstract

This article discusses the importance of interpersonal relationships, organizational climate and communication in organizations. Interpersonal relationships is essential for team performance and satisfaction at work, especially in competitive environments where employees face daily challenges. A positive organizational climate, led by leaders rather than bosses, because leaders inspire, thus creating a more inspiring and motivating work environment, complements the importance of interpersonal relationships, resulting in more satisfied and productive employees, able to face the challenges imposed in the environment. Effective internal communication keeps all team members informed and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, preventing conflicts and promoting productive collaboration. However, communication noise, such as gossip and rumors, undermines the effectiveness of communication, causing misunderstandings and making the environment less harmonious. The study used a quantitative approach complemented by a case study in a telemarketing organization in the city of São Paulo, the results improved the organizational environment, highlighting what needed to be corrected in the company, such as high stress levels, and encouraging the professional development of employees.
