Study and Analysis of Ergonomics in the Home Office Environment

The research was carried out in a multinational company, with part of a sector to verify and analyze the application of the ergonomics system in the home office of the company's employees, where it aims to find out where they have gone wrong and whether or not they have applied the designated amount by the company to acquire the materials necessary to set up the office following all the rules of the ergonomic code. Given this, a questionnaire was carried out using the forms application, where we obtained responses from 21 employees from a specific sector of the company, to apply the analysis and obtain the necessary answers for the report to be presented. Given all the information, we were able to conclude that the use and use of it in general is excellent, as there are few aspects that require improvement. In conclusion, in general, the company has done an excellent job in guiding its employees regarding the ergonomic aspect. At the end, we still suggested a standard office model that would not harm the employee's health, as a model exemplified by the SketchUp application.
