This study proposes to investigate how companies can achieve economic efficiency and environmental sustainability through the reuse of abrasive materials, integrated with reverse logistics and the circular economy. Focusing on a case study, the research will analyze how reverse logistics can optimize the reuse of these materials, reducing operational costs and minimizing environmental impact. The processes involved, economic benefits, and positive effects on sustainability will be examined, offering valuable insights for companies seeking to align their operations with sustainable practices. The choice of topic is justified by the growing need to adopt practices that reduce waste and promote the circular economy. The reuse of abrasive materials, combined with reverse logistics, emerges as an essential strategy to optimize operations, save resources, and contribute to environmental responsibility. Investigating this topic will provide crucial solutions for companies to balance efficiency and sustainability in their supply chains.
