Understanding the Leadership Profile in Companies
Lessons from a Motorcycle Parts Distributor

This article discusses the importance of organizations being made up of people pursuing common goals, highlighting the need for well-structured team management. The study focuses on a motorcycle parts distribution company, exploring the leadership profile of the person responsible for stock. This study aims to identify the team management model applied in the company and understand how the leadership profile influences the results obtained by the organization. The research included the application of questionnaires, using de Charles Handy teory about the Deuses da Administração to understand the leadership style. The results revealed a combination of Apollo and Zeus characteristics, indicating a leader who values order and authority, but also takes responsibility and seeks efficiency in his decisions. It is important to note that leadership style can vary according to the situation.
