The Need for a Management Tool for Operational Processes in a Small LED Light Bulb Business

The study of this article was carried out with the aim of solving or minimizing organizational problems in the production processes of a small LED lamp company located in the capital of São Paulo. In order for the difficulties presented by employees to be exposed in a clear and truthful way possible, we carried out a questionnaire that gave them complete freedom, since the answers were anonymous, to tell us what needed improvement and also (if they wanted) to suggest ways to achieve success. After analyzing this form, we could conclude that in fact the company's problem was the lack of a tool that helped in the development of the production stages contained in the organization, which therefore made internal communication within the sectors difficult, thus we came to the conclusion that the implementation A flowchart would be a super viable alternative, this way the technique was put into practice and is being very effective for the company's development.
