This study addresses the importance of manager training and people management practices in contemporary organizations. Analyzing the case of a small communication company, we identified a leader whose characteristics resemble archetypes described by Charles Handy in "Gods of Management." The research included bibliographic research, interviews, and questionnaires to assess the leader's profile and behavior, highlighting areas for improvement in people management. The findings indicate the need to enhance task delegation, communication, and employee feedback to align individuals with organizational goals.
