The present work aims to understand how communication affects corporate processes, especially when it comes to self-management, a model in which it is necessary for the employee to make decisions individually but aiming at the company's final objective. To do this, we carried out a survey with employees from different sectors of the company to measure the effectiveness of internal communication and how information is transmitted through training. The survey results show that respondents have diverse views, but it is concluded that there are communication problems about information alignment. Regarding training, there is a consensus among the employees interviewed that there is a need for greater attention to the subject, for some even urgently, and the interviewees were satisfied with the tools presented as an option for solving the problems identified in the case study.
