This article has the main purpose of offer concepts, information and tasks for healthcare's team management and your environment, focusing on employees and how the leadership impacts on building a structured, organized, qualified and eficient team. Besides exhibit fast management methods, the article also explores how the methodologies can improve the efficiency of the daily hospital procedures. Picturing to understand the application and functioning of approaching on different areas from healthcare system, reflecting on employee's results, since administrative until operational, and also on the patient who expect a quality service offered by that unit, promoting an environment of clear communication, colaboration an focus on solving problems, to positive result in healthcare management strategy.
