In a process that was completely manual when it came to filling out product information, the implementation of automatic printing resulted in savings in time and resources, which resulted in considerable savings for the company. Through the participatory case study method, it was able to implement the improvement in the company with the help of several areas, serving as a prototype for other plants in other countries which, after being validated, will be implemented. This article will take you step by step to implement this improvement. In this way, the ire company in the Americana region was able to follow Logistics 4.0 trends, seeking to create a more connected and intelligent supply chain. The successful implementation of this system demonstrates the company's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement of its processes, positioning it competitively in its market segment.It is presentes the study.
