Incorporation of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Recycling Activities of an NGO in Ilha Solteira

This project proposes the integration of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030, with a focus on SDGs 7, 8, 9, and 12, into the recycling activities of an NGO in Ilha Solteira. The initiative will involve students from the Mechanical Technician program at ETEC Ilha Solteira, aiming to promote an education that transcends academic boundaries and contributes to the holistic development of students. By linking the SDGs to recycling efforts, the project seeks to enable students to develop both technical skills and a commitment to global citizenship, addressing issues such as sustainability, social justice, environmental preservation, and economic inclusion. This approach will allow students to connect global objectives with local needs, creating a legacy of socio-environmental responsibility and fostering their personal and professional growth. In this context, ETEC plays a crucial role in raising students' awareness and empowering them to take active roles in their communities, contributing to a more just and sustainable future.
