This study aims to address the rise of motorcycle freight in E-commerce, focusing on the new era of competitiveness in the city of São Paulo. The research identifies the growth and advancement of technology in e-commerce, with purchases and sales carried out by consumers via the internet, making the process more accessible and practical. The growing demand for fast and efficient deliveries has driven the emergence of new logistics solutions. In this context, motor freight becomes a differentiating factor in a city where urban mobility is impacted by high traffic levels and high demands. For the development of this study, the methodology used was the collection of data from four companies in the transport segment, specialized in motor freight, which operate in the form of a company, combined with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Motorfreight is essential in the transport of products, especially in the urban areas of São Paulo, as it facilitates the agility and delivery of goods, optimizes logistics and contributes to the expansion of delivery services, allowing greater efficiency in e-commerce and consumer satisfaction.
