Abstract

This article presents the architecture and design patterns applied to the Integrative Projects Management System (SGPI), developed for the Multiplatform Software Development course at Fatec. The system was designed in response to storage limitations imposed by the partnership with Microsoft. The solution adopts layered architecture with separation of responsibilities among presentation, business logic, and data persistence. Three Design Patterns were implemented: Factory Method for user profile creation, Facade for report generation, and Observer for notification management. Persistence uses MySQL Database, allowing efficient storage of documents, presentations, and videos. The backend was developed in Node.js with Express.js, following software engineering best practices to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. The research demonstrates how software architecture contributes to robust and evolutionary academic systems.
