The proper selection of port equipment is essential to ensure operational efficiency and the competitiveness of container terminals. This article proposes a methodology that integrates the Decision Matrix with Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to enhance the equipment selection process, using the Reach Stacker as a case study. The approach aims to compare catalogs from various manufacturers, refining technical descriptions through access prompts to obtain more precise and efficient responses.
