The Influence of non traditional benefits on hiring young professionals

The aim of this article is to understand the main factors assessed in the job application process. Quantitative and descriptive research methods were used to obtain the results, and data was collected using a form answered by 85 participants from different age groups, with a predominance of young people. The results indicate that non-traditional benefits have been one of the main factors considered by candidates, especially in relation to the search for a better quality of life. The survey also found that these benefits are being evaluated more when hiring than the salary itself, which for many years was the main criterion for choosing a company. In this way, the study can help companies adapt their benefits packages, incorporating non-traditional options as a strategy for retaining and attracting talent.
