Corporate education is essential for employee development and organizational success. Online learning paths offer flexibility and customization in training. The objective of this study is to investigate how the presence of incentives influences employees' participation in online learning paths offered by corporate education in companies. As businesses seek a competitive advantage through knowledge, the presence of incentives becomes crucial in motivating employees to actively engage in online learning opportunities, contributing to organizational success. The research aims to answer the following question: "How does the presence of incentives impact employees' participation in online learning paths within organizations?" To conduct this research, a basic qualitative research method was employed, involving semi-structured interviews with categorical analysis. The analysis allowed for concluding the importance of incentives for participation in learning paths.
