This article aims to present the challenges faced by organizations and Human Resources (HR) managers in hiring and retaining Generation Z talent. This generation has grown up in a totally virtual environment. They have vast technological skills, are extremely creative and agile at multitasking. However, in recent years, the low retention of talent from this generation in corporations has been noted, due to their different way of understanding the world and reacting to it, as well as their unique behaviors and languages, since they value freedom and autonomy to carry out their preferred tasks without leadership supervision. For this reason, qualitative research was carried out with professionals in the area to identify the challenges they face and it was found that generation Z needs training to develop their limiting points such as: collective work, emotional intelligence, behavior and posture. To minimize these impacts, it was proposed that Corporate Education be implemented as a tool to train and develop these talents in organizations. The engagement of HR professionals working in organizations that do not yet have a Corporate University, to adhere to this resource in the development of employees belonging to this generation.
